our team was working on two projects this week

1. the hotel building design

at this inception stage,our client is convinced we have to produce final dwgs, but I still recommended  we carry on brainstorming simply because the design seem too common and on my own sense I do believe an architect is meant to inventing new ideas, so if  I am doing this practice and still I am producing the same products most of the time, then I don`t fit the industry.... u know we have to be competent to ourselves.....

2. Residential house

With the site being located at the top hill in the area, we applied the concept of a beach house, to allow for the maximum enjoyment of the surounding air; suprisingly the client were against our wish, then we ended with that outline proposal....what is your opinion?

this week on site we did this

residential house at its final stages to start finishing works; note that the client opposed our idea of making sure we use the environmental economies to run our lives, later on he agreed to our concept, now as seen there we`re constructing the underground rain water harvesting tank!
